In 2023, the CACFP Roundtable hosted our very first Family Child Care Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Summit. After a highly successful event, it is with great excitement to announce that we will be hosting our second FCC Summit this year. This is now our annual celebration of home-based child care educators with a full-day learning and networking event focused on supporting the health and wellness of the children and families in your care, and also your wellbeing too!


  • WHO: Home-based educators / family child care providers, English and Spanish speaking; translation and interpretation provided

  • WHEN: 9AM - 4PM on Sunday, October 6, 2024 times subject to change, be sure to look back for official program when published in late summer

  • WHERE: Sheraton Universal,

    333 Universal Hollywood Drive,

    Universal City, CA 91608


    • Registration: $175 (which includes learning materials, breakfast, a sit-down lunch, and afternoon snack/celebration)

    • Scholarships: We have a limited number of scholarships available to cover the expense of registration

  • HOTEL: We have secured a block of hotel rooms at Sheraton Universal for Saturday night with a discounted group rate of $289 + taxes and fees / night. There are also many other hotels in the Universal Studios-Los Angeles area to choose from.

  • UNIVERSAL STUDIOS: Make it a vacation! This is the spookiest time of year to visit the amusement park and we have secured discounted ticket for our attendees.

Registration for the FCC Summit is separate from the 33rd Annual CACFP Conference. Registration will open in July.
