Climate-Friendly, Plant-Based Meals in Educational Settings: Recording and Resources

Friends of the Earth joined us yesterday to talk about climate-friendly, plant-based meals in educational settings. They shared how school districts across California are currently implementing meals like this and then we discussed needs and challenges of bringing these types of meals to the CACFP world!
