We're seeking proposals to present at our 32nd Annual CACFP Conference!

Be a speaker and bring your expertise, leadership, and experiences to the 32nd Annual

CACFP Conference in Long Beach. Submit a proposal right now!

Here's what you can expect:

  1. The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Long Beach, CA -- on the waterfront in the heart of Downtown Long Beach.

  2. We will have a whole team available to support you day-of with any video and audio needs.

  3. Sessions will be 60 minutes long.

  4. CACFP Roundtable will provide you with training resources to help you incorporate principles of adult learning theories into your workshop. The attendees are eager to learn and interact!

  5. And we promise a lot of fun and time to tend to our collective and individual needs.

Our conference tracks are designed to inspire presentations and discussions that are timely, and relevant, and push us to grow. Feedback from conference attendees over the past few years has revealed that there is a need for both beginner workshops AND advanced workshops. We know the field is filled with well-seasoned experts looking for fresh ideas and newcomers working hard to learn on the go; we aim to fill both needs and will be tagging all workshops as either "beginner" or "advanced." While most workshops will fall into our 5 track categories, we encourage you to submit any of your presentation ideas, so long as they are relevant to the work of the CACFP community.

The CACFP Roundtable is committed to fostering a community of leaders who work together to build equitable access to the Child and Adult Care Food Program and nutritious meals in care settings. Your support goes toward programs and advocacy that help us get closer to ensuring everyone has the right to nutritious meals and making the CACFP an even better Food Program for all.
