About the Event

Join the CACFP Community each Thursday in May to unwind, regroup and feel reinvigorated with 30-45 minute online classes for your mental health and wellness.  May is the perfect month to engage with each other to learn strategies to cope with difficult situations, find gratitude and do a little exercise.  The CACFP Roundtable thanks our members with these free sessions while we celebrate CACFP's birthday, provider appreciation week and throughout mental health awareness month.  

Become a member and register for free!  

Non-members: $25.00 for each session or $80.00 for the entire package.

We hope you'll join the CACFP Roundtable and your CACFP community as we celebrate your accomplishments, say thank you for the hard work you've put in over the last crazy year and recongize sometimes we need a reminder and a little help to take care of ourselves.
